Asheville Mountains

Mobile Magic is proud to offer Asheville residents and businesses with the highest quality, commercial grade pressure washing services. From the beauty and the grandeur of the mountains, to the fantastic restaurants and unique culture, Asheville is a great place to live and work. In our first article, we are providing five reasons we love the area, though it merely scratches the surface of everything that makes western North Carolina great.

1) Asheville is Growing Rapidly

Asheville is the eleventh largest city in North Carolina and at around 2,000 feet of elevation, it is the most populated mountain city east of the Mississippi. From 2000, to 2010, Asheville’s population has increased by a fifth. Buncombe county’s population is 15.5% higher than it was just fifteen years ago, and adjacent Henderson county is also nearly 20% larger.

In addition to new residential power and pressuring washing clients moving to the area, Biltmore Village  announced that six new businesses will open in 2017. We appreciate our existing customers, and enjoy getting to know new people discovering that Asheville is a great place to live and work.

2) Asheville Has Great Weather

We experience all four seasons here in western North Carolina, each of which brings its own set of tourists. From people trying to escape the summer heat, to tourists enjoying the spectacular display of colors during both spring and fall, our weather is to be envied.

3) Asheville Has Tremendous Natural Beauty

With hundreds of mountain bike tracks, and thousands of unique hiking trails, western North Carolina is among the most beautiful places in the country, but also one of the most accessible to explorers of all skill levels. Furthermore, the Blue Ridge Parkway runs right through the heart of the city, providing spectacular views whether your travel north or south from Asheville.

4) Asheville is Culturally Unique

It is difficult to reduce Asheville’s culture to a few bullet points, but a few key parts of the unique cultural experience afforded in our city include:

  • Hundreds of restaurants and microbreweries, many of which have been featured on the Food Network and the Travel Channel
  • Excellent venues for music shows, movies, and other events
  • A world-class university, specializing in meteorology
  • The Biltmore Estate and shopping village
  • A place where everyone belongs
